If your school or non-profit organization needs to purchase our products with a Purchase Order, you may select your purchases in the online store and "stop" before the online payments step. You will find a "mail order form" button that allows you to view and print your shopping cart, including shipping and handling information.

You should include your order number (on the mail order form) and preferable a copy of that form with your purchase order.

We accept purchase orders only from registered educational and non-profit organizations, on official letterhead or pre-printed purchase order forms. Your order must include contact information (name / phone number / address and optionally email) for both the person for whom the order is placed and the person who is responsible for payment.

We require payment within 30 days of receipt of the products.

We reserve the right to refuse any purchase order. If you are uncertain if you quailify or can fulfill our requirements, please contact us before placing the order.
