Purpose:

This class will provide students with a better understanding of virtues by introducing their definitions and contexts in connection with real-life heroes, their lives, their challenges, and their accomplishments. You may review a recommended lesson plan - see Downloads (below)

Duration:

The class covers all 25 virtues. There is one introduction class session and one conclusion class session. The number of sessions in between depends on how many virtues you plan to cover and how many virtues you will cover per week.

Materials:

• The Heroes Club Trading Cards* – Real American Heroes - 1 set per student
