Albert Einstein - Science Superstar

Albert Einstein was always asking questions. He was amazed at many science concepts, such as light, gravity, and time. His sense of WONDER led him to discover many new ideas about those terms. Today lots of people use his name to mean genius, saying "You're a regular Einstein." Start wondering and you can end up a genius too.

Quotes:

"Most people say that it is the intellect which makes a great scientist. They are wrong: it is character."

"Do not worry about your difficulties in Mathematics. I can assure you mine are still greater."

"Imagination is more important than knowledge..."

    ... more Albert Einstein quotes

Fun Facts
  • Fond of animals, Einstein kept a housecat which tended to get depressed whenever it rained. Ernst Straus recalls him saying to the melancholy cat: "I know what's wrong, dear fellow, but I don't know how to turn it off."
  • Although he lived for many years in the United States and was fully bilingual, Einstein claimed never to be able to write in English because of "the treacherous spelling". He never lost his distinctive German accent either, summed up by his catch-phrase "
